Estimation procedures

  • Ten percent of biological research expenditures were assumed to be agriculturally-related and were included in higher education spending.

Évaluation des ressources humaines et matérielles actuellement disponibles pour effectuer la collecte de données au niveau national

L’un des objectifs principaux que le programme ASTI s’est fixés pour la période 2012–2014 en Afrique subsaharienne consiste à y instaurer un système décentralisé et institutionnalisé : en effet, grâce à la mise en marche d’une série de points focaux nationaux et régionaux, il sera désormais possible de recueillir, compiler et analyser – à un rythme plus fréquent – les données afférentes aux ressources financières et humaines consacrées à la R&D agricole.
